Intelligence

The sovereign cultural intelligence gateway for Africa and the world

Community · Intelligence · Platform · Showcase
Part of the ỌNỤZIKA $500B Metropolis · Accra, Ghana

Not a media company.
Not a marketplace.
A sovereign gateway.

Open Door Intelligence™ is the public-facing institution through which the world encounters the ỌNỤZIKA Metropolis. It is the door. It is the threshold. It is the space where cultural intelligence becomes a lived, transactable, growing thing — not an abstract concept, but an architecture you can enter, build with, and belong to.

🌍
The Community
A Guild in Formation
ODI is not a membership platform. It is a lineage. Practitioners, leaders, creators, and organisations who enter through the door are not customers — they are initiates of a sovereign intelligence ecosystem that compounds in value over time.
🧠
The Intelligence
Living Knowledge Products
ODI publishes market intelligence reports, framework guides, audit tools, and masterclasses — built from 25 years of practice across 20+ markets. Not academic. Not generic. Practitioner intelligence from inside the actual rooms.
📡
The Platform
A New Cultural Economy
ODI is building the infrastructure through which African music, film, books, programmes, frameworks, and talent become globally accessible — on sovereign terms. Existing content integrates into the platform. New content is produced for it.
🏛
The Showcase
Global CI Showcase
The most visible expression of ODI. A platform spanning 54 African nations — editorial, directory, commerce, physical guide, and digital ecosystem. Ghana is the first edition. The world enters here. AYE 70™ launches in 2027.

Six programmes.
One sovereign ecosystem.

Every programme inside ODI is a distinct door — a different way of entering the cultural intelligence ecosystem. Together they form a living platform that serves individuals, communities, institutions, and creators simultaneously.

02
Women · Programme
Culture of Being a Woman
Not a programme about women. A programme by women, for women who are already building. Somatic intelligence, sovereign identity, community anchoring. The 18-woman pilot cohort is underway. Entry through The Opening.
$175 Opening · Live
03
Media · Platform
ODI Media — How We Think
A weekly cultural intelligence conversation programme. Hosted inside ODI. Topics drawn from the CI Scan signal board. Creators and thought leaders produce content for the platform — not for their own channels.

Six doors.
One sovereign table.

The Global CI Showcase is governed by a Showcase Committee — domain experts who each hold a door into a specific sector or community. These are not board members. Not employees. They are Sovereign Partners who have agreed to stand in the door that only they can open. Each door opens globally — not just for Ghana.

Government & Policy
The Insider
Opens ministerial and presidential rooms. Provides political legitimacy and policy access. Bridges the Showcase to national governments — in Ghana and across the continent.
Scope: National governments · AU · Multilateral bodies
National Mobilisation
The Connector
Mobilises businesses, organisations, and communities into the directory. Builds the relational infrastructure of the first edition. Opens cultural and media doors.
Scope: Business community · Media · Cultural institutions
Development Finance
The Institutional Door
Bridges the Showcase to international funding and development finance bodies. World Bank, AfDB, foundation capital, institutional investors with an Africa mandate.
Scope: World Bank · AfDB · Mastercard Foundation · Bilateral aid
Community & Women
The Trust Builder
Grounds the community and women's layer. Faith networks, women's organisations, grassroots activators. The person who can walk into a church hall in Kumasi and make it matter.
Scope: Women's networks · Faith communities · Grassroots
Global Diaspora
The Bridge Builder
Carries the Showcase to African diaspora communities globally — UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Netherlands, Germany. Bridges international visibility, diaspora capital, and global media.
Scope: UK · USA · UAE · Canada · Netherlands
Media & PR
The Narrator
International media houses, PR agencies, content networks, and influential voices who carry the CI story to global audiences. Not promoters — narrators of what is being built.
Scope: Global PR · Media houses · Influencers · Press

Four brief tiers.
Every depth of engagement.

The briefs are not just documents. They are invitations. The price of the brief is the first act of Sacred Reciprocity — if a partner cannot invest at the level of their interest, they are telling you something important about their readiness.

Not employees.
Sovereign Partners.

Every Committee member and Sovereign Partner enters through a one-page covenant. It names the door. It names what standing in that door means. It names what ỌNỤZIKA provides in return. It includes the Sacred Reciprocity clause — the protection that ensures this never becomes extractive.

What Every Partner Commits To
  • Stand actively in their named door — not nominally
  • Mobilise a minimum of 5 organisations or individuals into the ecosystem within 60 days
  • Complete the 3-month CI induction — no exceptions
  • Attend the AYE 70™ launch event in their capacity
  • Protect the IP — all frameworks and systems remain ỌNỤZIKA's intellectual property
  • Operate with the Gatekeeper Protocol in place — all initial contacts routed through Elara Abanga
What ỌNỤZIKA Provides in Return
  • Named Committee seat or Sovereign Partner designation
  • Revenue share on all listings and activations through their door
  • WFDI Advisory recognition and certification pathway
  • Digital presence build — profile, LinkedIn, one-pager
  • Visibility in every edition as a founding partner
  • First right of access to Nigeria, East Africa, and subsequent showcases
  • Equity-path conversation as the platform scales
The Sacred Reciprocity Clause: If at any point the exchange becomes extractive — if value flows consistently in one direction only — either party may invoke this clause. The partnership pauses. We return to alignment before continuing. No partnership inside ỌNỤZIKA survives without mutual dignity.
